Is Airsoft.Top free to use?+
Yes, creating an account and using core features like joining events, creating teams, and discovering arenas is free. Event organizers can optionally sell tickets through the platform.
How do I create an account?+
You can sign up using your Google account or with an email and password. Once registered, complete your profile to get the most out of the platform.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes, Airsoft.Top is available on both iOS and Android. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Events
How do I find events near me?+
Head to the Discover page to browse upcoming events. If you've set your location in your profile, events will be sorted by distance so you can find games nearby.
How do I create an event?+
Any registered user can create an event. Go to the Events page, click the create button, and fill in the details like date, location, game type, and capacity.
How do I join an event?+
Find an event you'd like to attend and click the join button. Some events may require a ticket purchase, while others are free to join.
Can I cancel my attendance?+
Yes, you can leave an event at any time before it starts. If you purchased a ticket, refund policies are set by the event organizer.
Teams
How do I create a team?+
Go to the Teams page and click the create button. Choose a name, add a description, and invite players to join.
How do I join a team?+
Browse available teams on the Teams page and request to join. The team leader will review and approve your request.
Can I be on multiple teams?+
Yes, you can be a member of multiple teams at the same time.
Arenas
How do I list my arena?+
If you own or manage an airsoft field, go to the Arenas page and create a listing. Add your location, photos, field details, and pricing information.
How do I find arenas near me?+
Visit the Arenas page to browse fields. With location enabled, arenas are sorted by distance. You can also view them on the map.
Can I leave a review for an arena?+
Yes, after attending an event at an arena you can leave a rating and review to help other players.
XP & Leaderboard
How does the XP system work?+
You earn XP by participating in the community: attending events, checking in, creating teams, and more. As you earn XP, you level up and climb the leaderboard. Visit the XP page for full details.
What is the leaderboard?+
The leaderboard ranks players by their total XP. It's a fun way to see who's the most active in the community.
Tracking
What is the tracker?+
The tracker lets you record your movement during games using GPS. You can review your routes after the game and share them with your team.
Is my location data private?+
